Briefly about Jisatsutou manga:

The movie Jisatsutou (aka Suicide Circle) is based on such a story. Seigi, a person who has experienced a number of suicidal cases, doesn't just let suicidal patients die. Instead, he asks them if they still want to live. If not, he will respect their wish. However, he uses clever psychology like Miyagawa's water method and Fujita's corpse method to prevent them from actually killing themselves. When he fails to prevent them from suicide in these methods, he calls the police over to take the patient into custody.
