Ijimekko Express is the story of a boy and his would-be bully, who is comically inept at being mean — even though he desperately wants to be. Rather than hurt the protagonist, the bully ends up doing all kinds of nice things for him. The simple repetition of this plot usually leads to laughter and great feelings all around, and kids really seem to love it.
